Out of those two, I would pick WoW. But, I've played WoW a long while back and burnt out on it, so I'll probably never play it again.
My goodness, World of Warcraft anyday!!
There are so many more fun things to do in WoW like raids, dungeons and quests. Even if you're not into that stuff there are always the different Festivals and Minigames like Easter, Christmas and Halloween. WoW is also really a social game as well, always having to work together with others to get things done. I played the sims a while back and I found it quite repetitive, boring and pointless. World of Warcraft is always updated and new.
