Could someone take a look at a couple of my hubs and give advice?
I think your writing is excellent and your hubs are great. I haven't really looked into the keywords you chose (you know, how much competition, etc.), but hopefully they'll pan out for you.
I would advise you, however, to not use your title as your URL. For example, your url for your workouts hub is http://hubpages.com/hub/HOW-TO-GET-FASTER-RESULTS-IN-YOUR-WORKOUTS-A-WEBSITE-REVIEW instead of something simpler that will resonate more with the search engines like http://hubpages.com/hub/workout-results.
Again, I haven't done any keyword research, but you want URL's that are simple and easy for the Google Gods to understand. Remember, hub titles and hub URLs are two very different things.
I thank you for your helpful reply. I will think on this for my future articles. I have done some research into keywords, just have to sort it all out.
