I wrote a text capsule. Saved it, and it reverted to nothing.

Maybe if you save the whole hub unpublished it might show up.

Click the Reorder Now button. That usually un-messes everything.

The entire hub was saved after the capsule was and the loading thing went away.

    Who uses dial up anymore?

I rewrote it and resaved and it was fine... Just sucks.

It's happened to me once before, real annoying but I think it's just one of those things.

Hubpages editor is really bad at times.. Very difficult to format at times.. But no option.

    Hi Whitney05,

Did you check if a backup had been saved?  The text capsule should be saving a backup every two minutes so even if a save fails, you shouldn't lose more than  a few minutes worth of work.

There should also be a green circle at the bottom which indicates that the internet connection is good.  If the green circle goes red, then it means that the internet connection went down.

Larry, nothing seemed to have saved. It completely reverted, as though I hadn't written anything... Well, it saved like one line.

I hope I don't get banned for this, but go to my profile and click on the HP-editor link.

Did it again on a different hub. Saved the capsule. Saved the hub. Capsule reverted.

That happened to me a few days ago, I thought it was me.
Hope it resolves itself soon for you.

I remember a few days ago I wrote about two words in a text capsule, saved it, then opened it up again. I wrote a paragraph more in there, saved it again and it only displayed the first two words I'd written. I had to write the whole thing again! I believe this was my How to use Google AdSense with an RSS feed hub.

I think last week there some problems with the net, there were lots of glitches. I also faced a similar problem but was able to retrieve a older version of the text capsule.

Happened yesterday, but it seemed the whole editor was having trouble yesterday, as uploading pictures was a pain. I was able to get a draft this time though, although it still wasn't exactly what I had lost, it was more than having to start completely over.
