Question: Can HubPages.com use some sort of blocker to keep my ID from being used when I view my own hubs? Why? Because I don't want my impressions to go up from viewing my own hubs. Thank you.
You'll only trip impressions on your own hubs 40% of the time. In the long run, it's not that big a deal unless you refresh your own hubs a bunch.
Then don't click on ads that are displayed on your own hubs. If you want to revisit what you have written, save your stuff as documents on your hard drive.
ProCW does have a point GG : Qassia blocks adsense ads from showing when u are logging in yourself and you get text saying there would be ads here if you weren't you or words to that effect its a nice feature. OpenX will do similar I think to.
ProCW : your own adsense code only shows 60% of impressions - that's why u get the "sometimes"
When you have the shakes like I do it's hard not to accidentally click on your own ads!
If you are worried about clicking your own ads, get adblock plus if you are on Firefox and you never have to seen any ads.
...or if you find it difficult not to click on ads, please visit my hubs more often. ;-)

Adsense sent me a message that says that my publisher ID is not in my Hubpages and HowTheyPlay ads.text files. My earnings are fine generally, not too concerned, just wanted to bring the issue to your attention.

It was bad enough, that I can't tell where some of revenue is coming from inside my Adsense account - because while much of it is linked to sites outside of HubPages that I set up, there is some from unspecified locations (no channels indicated.)I'm REALLY flummoxed on How to Set Up Channels...

I received a notification from Google Adsense saying that my publisher ID is not listed on Toughnickel and to add it to https://toughnickel.com/ads.txt otherwise I won't be receiving advertising revenue. On the top of that link is this email: email@example.com so I message them earlier today...

I frequently check my pages at different revenue sharing sites. It seems as though my ads do not have my adsense Publisher ID. Maybe my Publisher ID runs between 2am - 10am, and then hubpages changes my Publisher ID. I just finished a hub and my Publisher ID isn't anywhere to be found. What gives?
