Whilst most if not all of you have continued Hubbily on, I have been finding frog. That's a little different from finding god, in as much as I kinda got lost in the ether. Or, in 'puter speak ... the ethernet.
Between a world class crappy ISP, a breaking down laptop, a replacement laptop that somehow acquired a nasty virus - plus a truly awful abcess in my jaw, I've somehow found my way back.
I can't talk too much - not because of my jaw but rather because I have piles of work to deal with. Anyway - good to see that all the usual suspects continue as per usual, that religious opining continues unabated (or is that not good? *shrugs* ) and that most of you are happily chugging away with your hubbing experience.
P.S. - finding frog is a lot harder than you would think
Glad to hear about your progress. Good luck with everything.
Hey frogdropping. Do you think maybe the abcess jaw is related to the botched dental problems you had a couple of months ago?
I know what you mean about crappy ISP. I'm always after them to give the kind of service I'm paying too much for already.
Nice to see you back here. Hope the workload dwindles soon enough, and you find your frog (perhaps you dropped it somewhere )
Ergh an abcess is the worst, I got lucky and caught the one I got early, the dentist showed me an xray of where the abcess had reached and where my nerve was, some scary stuff right there!
Thanks for posting and letting us know how you're doing. I've not seen you on the forums lately and was getting a bit worried. Glad that things are getting back on track.
Awww thanks everyone
The tooth problem is still there, just leashed for now. More work later
As for online work, I need it. And need to get on with it.
Great to see you back Frog An abcess as well!!! Flippin eck luv, you've not been having a good time lately! Have you been neglecting your prayers to the Toad God? lol
self exploration is a good thing, even for frogs and dogs. take care girl.
Great to have you back, FD - Glad that you are in one piece (until the dentist starts yanking things out )
I didn't know that frogs had teeth
Thanks again everyone
I wasn't actually very far away. Just had stuff go wrong. As for the 60DC, which I'd 'signed' up for, I made a separate apology for my absence. All will do very well - sunforged know's his onions
I really didn't need to read it quite like that ...
Nice to see you hopping around the forum.
Always a pleasure.
things have really changed around here - did you notice? So many hubbers have gone and there are a bunch of new people - its really hopping. There's even a new contest. Hope you get to hop in more often now. The level of humor has been especially low, and I've gotten to kind of like it. Who knew? All the men around me have started wearing sleeveless shirts, so you can see how it is now. . .
Are sleeveless shirts a bad thing?
And thanks mega, cags and sunforged. Or maybe not sunforged ... that picture is a little mean
I wrote you guys a witty ditty. Coffee break -
Unfortunately along the way - I seem to have got quite lost
But now I’m back from whence I was, I’m sure I’m altogether.
I’ve missed most of you quite a lot, some of you more than most.
Of those I remain a tad unsure of – be assured you came quite close
Aw..come on mega, you're just not looking in the right places. That avatar swapping over the weekend http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/53144 was hilarious. Of course if you go there now, you won't see the hilarious avatars.
Anywho...I'm doing my best to keep the humor quotient up.
btw, I'm wearing a sweater today...no sleeveless shirt for this boy
We need some music to that, it is a song. Good to see ya around again.
YAY!!! Froggy is baaaaaaack!!!!!!
Welcome back to the Lily Pad, Froggy!!!
lol thankyou guys - I feel the warmth.
Now I need to eat, then bed. G'night
@ralwus - maybe I should finish it off then!
I've got an abcessed tooth right now and my face looks like I've been slapped by a fatty!
Glad to see things sorted.....just let the dentist get the pliers on them teeth!
The worst thing is for me, my abcessed tooth is a wisdom tooth and they are hard to pull out....oh ok dentist appointment coming up for me!!!!!

Hi,I just published my first hub page, after lot's of cruising through all the help topics I could find. Any critique would be helpful (except from known trolls who wait under bridges, licking their chops, looking for newcomers to eat).Seriously, I haven't a clue whether this is acceptable and all...

I got my first Google check in the mail today. It was green and for the handsome sum of $107.18. I'm trying not to spend it all in one place. ;->

When your looking to create a back up of your published Hubpages, you dont have to do anything quite so time intensive as "copying and pasting" to word or notepad or whatever.1. Open Selected Hub2. Scroll to bottom3. Find "Print" (next to share, usually above comments when...
