I just got a phone call from some one who can't get on his Hub page. He is wondering if he has been banned. His computer is working on all other web pages, but he can't even get on to read his own Hubs. How can he find out? If some one has been banned shouldn't they get an email telling them why?
I know that in forum bands, a large message is displayed informing the user that they've been banned for a certain amount of time and why.
I'm not sure if the same works for a full account ban.
The best thing your friend could do is contact firstname.lastname@example.org
it was a glitch. I had trouble as well and ran some programs and tools, rebooted and still had problems. Now it is fine again.
Yeah I was thinking it might have been a problem with the Hub. I had a little problem today myself for a short time. Everything was working fine except for the Hub.
I hope that it is just a glitch! not banned... just wondering do you get banned for silly stufff.... may be for carrying a bottle around...... like walrus.. oops Ralwus
LOL no! silly stuff is kewl. Insults and name calling among some few other things are no-no's.
I like you Ron.
I have no idea why I just do.
I don't want to date you.
And you probably shouldn't bring your sexual proclivities to a public forum....just saying
Gerbils and cookies, lol. This thread got way off topic in a hurry!

http://randygodwin.hubpages.com/hub/Goo … ges-ForumsRandy was outspoken of the 'malicious' practices of HubPages and it's staff. Now, in this hub where he explains what abuse he suffered, a hubber called Drax, so-called poet, came and called him - 'who rattled your cage... fuck off', ' it is...

I was banned recently and I may get in trouble with Hub Pages for asking this question, but I am very confused and hope someone can help me understand policy. When I asked the moderators for an explanation, this is the response I received. You have been banned from the forums for three days...
