Because whenever I answer someone else's questions, I learn something myself...
learning something everyday, it's a place of fresh air in the HP also and all the laughter of the world are here.
also to keep myself up-to-date with current adjustments and changes related to HP, affiliate programs and anything related to writing.
I enjoy reading other hubbers' opinions that they share at the forums and learning something new and gaining different perspectives on lots of different topics.
Ditto Cagsil, I spend so much time on my own I forget how to communicate with a virtual person.
The forums allow you to see how people think and treat others. Many things are said here that will never be written in a hub.

I read both forum entries and answers/questions entries but the two features seem to overlap. Many of the questions asked in "answers" are technical questions asked by hubbers about HP. Some elicit long threads of answers just like in the forums. Since the "questions/answers"...

I have a crisp Sawbuck if you can let me block politics/religion/whatever other god awful subforum is spamming the HP forums with all the leftover comments CNN.com. All I want is to talk about is HubPages-related topics and maybe see gifs of cats falling down...
