My first hub was a copy paste news on David Vila's first goal in world cup 2010 and I did not know how to create similes those days. I had 4-5 copy paste production back to back all on daily news from newspapers. lol.

Then, learnt about the TOS and deleted all. Then created few more substandard craps. One of them was sexy world cup fan pictures that brought my 1000 view accolades very quickly and but got flagged soon. Few days later deleted all again.

Left the site for 1-2 months.

Came back and started spamming the forum with stupid posts and created few more sub standard hubs.

2 months had gone and I was nowhere. But I didn't give up. One day I decided to become serious. Started reading about SEO and other necessary staffs. My English was just so below standard that even I could not understand what I was writing. I improved my English and learnt a looooooooooooot about seo, internet using, basic HTML........in a crazy study week. During that month I started to write poems and wrote a lot of those.

From the last month I have been a good hubber at least trying to be. Wrote some hubs that are not at least the worst of the hubs of hubpages. And now I have 50 hubs with most of poems and still I have got 7000+ views for my currently published hubs.

And today I am not ashamed for what I did. I am proud with my self. What will you say?

I won't, I am still a newbie to the internet and I don't have yet acquired the quality to write a hub and whisper,"Yes, I have done it." I want to reach there. After 2/3 month when I will be back in the site I will start from the beginning again. smile

We all do things that sometimes in hindsight we wish we hadn't but life is about living and learning. So long as we don't hurt anyone while we learn then all's fine in my opinion. The more mistakes we make the more we should learn and the sooner we make mistakes the sooner we should learn as well.

Keep learning and growing - You're doing impressively well for someone who is writing hubs using English as their second language so you should be very proud of your achievements.

Keep it up and God bless you my friend!

Heck, plenty of us go back and read something we wrote and say "Huh???" smile

Good on you for not giving up!

There's no point or sense in being ashamed of submitting yourself to a learning process.

I keep telling you, your grammar is fine. We all have to proofread, and are shocked and appalled when we later see everything we still let slip through.

You're doing great! And you're an asset to the community. Keep going.

It's a first sign of maturity of character when you can admit your own mistakes and laugh at your own stupidity.

Well done saleheensblog, I think you have earned a lot of respect here, you are always polite and 50 hubs in five months is good going. I hope you get the adsense approval soon and do as well with it as you deserve too.
