Hey there, we may forgive you one self-promoting thread, but two is pushing the envelope - I suggest you delete this one pronto or risk getting up people's noses!
Yes Anna, you're 2 days old. And to have the number of fans that you already have after only 2 days is, in my books, phenomenal. Also, to have 14 articles published in less than 2 days is amazing.
So perhaps it might be a good idea to give us time to read your stuff and get to know you a little better. Hey, you must be an exceptional writer to be able to publish so many hubs in less than 2 days, so I wouldn't worry about the fans if I were you.
As for wanting to feel like a rockstar: we all do, honey. Take care.
ha-ha! Thank you for your kind note! ;-) Patience has never been one of my strong points. Perhaps I will write a hub about that!
You write well, and have a new fan.
It can be daunting to jump in and make a start in these forums.
But just like diving into a swimming pool, the coldness generally disappears once you demonstrate some of your personality.
Regards, Eric G.
To avoid any misunderstanding, Eric, I had already joined Ann's fan club when I posted my message. Which, if you know me, is something I don't do on a whim or just to be nice. I just want Ann to be aware that posting questions just for attention-seeking is going to get some Hubbers off side.

Paul.. love being able to delete comments, but can we also have the option to delete fans? There are some who are really intent on promoting themselves that way, and will try again once they've seen their fanmail has been denied.

There is one guy who is on my fan club who has some content on his pages that I am not comfortable with. How can I get him off?

Whenever I look at the Q&A "explore answers" section, I see questions that are still there after five years or more. Sometimes the questions are extremely stagnant and inactive. I think it would be a good idea to auto delete questions that are over a year old on an ongoing basis just...

Okay-- here's my question. Stopped Hubpages ad program for experimentation. Within 2 hours, Adsense was finally paying decent! Was able to actually receive payment in one month because I hit the threshold of Adsense of $100.00. Super psyched finally! Last 3 days, nothing! Absolutely...

Hubbing is cool. Hubbing let us explore and research. Hubbing ignites creativity. However, when all such efforts go completely unnoticed and hubs gather dusts with any views and traffic, it is difficult to keep the motivation.I must be doing something wrong. Seeking help and advice from fellow...

I joined HubPages 4 months ago for one and only purpose - making money and becoming rich overnight. I thought, "Of course, all I need to do is put some articles out there and money will pour down from everywhere".Fast forward 4 months, I have barely made $2 from those articles. So I...
