flagged! just kidding - I am getting hub hopping crazy!
nice job btw!
I couldn't believe it when I saw that someone I had flagged for dup content appeared the forums tonight!
I don't know about you guys but I am starting to feel quite optimistic again - traffic and earnings still down - but I'm getting a nice feeling about the future.
Great team here, and I don't just mean staff. Off to hop.
I mentioned that I passed this on to the team. Well... http://blog.hubpages.com/2011/03/ryanke … f-experts/
Great post by Simone! I hope it gets widely tweeted!
Yep your right, on this occassion it wasn't to draw personal attention but attention to us all as a community. Thanks for the blog post guys, appreciate it, and glad that it could raise a smile from the Hubpages team in which has undoubtedly been a tiring few days for you all
Just read your reference hub, but what was the point of presenting it here as well? Clearly, you are highly successful with hubpages, and I enjoyed your hub.
Not sure if you read the same Hub as everybody else, or how you found it, but my success had nothing to do with the message that I was trying to convey.
I wanted people to read it, quite simply.
I would say that the point of presenting it here was that it was a hub for hubbers, not for search engines - and it pertains directly to what has been happening to all of us since Thursday.
Posting it here brings it to us in the here and now when we should be reading it....not next week or next month when the goalposts have maybe moved again.
I thought the hub was hopeful...perhaps even cautiously optimistic for the future outcome, because we make a great team.
Yep, certainly no personal interest in writing this Hubpage, just purely a product of passion and belief
I have nothing to say to that which wouldn't get me banned.
Then I have misunderstood that "no personal interest" part. Sorry.
! Did not realize something happened on Thursday, guess I am out of the loop, sorry. What happened?
I know you weren't looking for a pat on the back from us, but this Hub really meant a lot to me, personally, as it echoes the feelings I have towards our awesome, diverse community. I've passed it on to the rest of the team and retweeted it from my personal account.
Thanks for putting a smile on my face.
I also read this and commented. Thanks for writing that letter, Ryan.
I read and commented as well. Good job, Ryan.
(What a nice reply from Maddie as well!)
Ditto here. Rated up and useful.
BTW, we ARE a "content" farm (if you read the word as conTENT instead of CONtent)
Happy happy Hub Pages!!!

Are we allowed to republish our articles elsewhere and keep the original hubs here in the mean time?

Anyone who knows SEO knows that Google prefers fresh content but when our newely published hubs undergo the 24 hour pending publication with a no index tag added to the robot txt our hubs loose their freshness by the time the no index tag is taken off therefore Google does not give our hubs the...

I know that this is the most asked question here, but I'd still really appreciate it if anybody answered.I've been on Hubpages for about 6 months now, and I've just published my 7th Hub, and I'm starting to write a few more. As of right now, I have 239 total views, and each Hub has roughly 36...

Would you get upset if you wrote a hub, but no-one commented on it?Luckily this hasn't happened to me - although some people don't like having comments, they prefer their hub to be voted up and have views. I personally like to hear what other people think of what I wrote. The amount of comments I...
