I just got a pop-up ad when going to the list of topics. Is this new and is it going be common? I had not seen them before today. In general, I don't like pop-up ads. Any thoughts?
The pop-up do happen from time to time. I see them every so often, but not enough to be annoying.
My understanding is that it is Hubpages policy to not allow pop-up ads, but that occassionally they slip through the net*
