I've been out of the loop for awhile here and I see there are many great improvements to HubPages in the meantime. What is the "incoming" links referring to under the new metric stat tabs?
That would be incoming links
i.e. links coming in to your hub.
Like someone has permanently added the hub as a link Mark? Say in there website or something?

One of my hubs has 4 stars in incoming links and when i ran the above query for that Hubs I got Zero results...
