Anybody create facebook page for his/her hubs? I created one and want to make friend..
I have a facebook account that I post my new articles on, at first I was getting about 9 people out of my 30 some odd friends who would read the articles but as I posted more, I would only draw traffic from facebook on subjects that they found interesting.
I have had alot more success with Tweeter.
I did that with my nature and outdoor hubs if you want to check it out...
search for "I Need to Go Outside" on Facebook... it has a waterfall in the profile image.
It's a fan page for my WordPress site that links to all my outdoor posts... I think it helps to narrow down your niches like that.
I have created a page for WriteAngled, because I did not want to annoy friends by constantly placing links to articles on my main FB profile.
However, I do not know how we would find each other's pages.
Found you by putting your HP user name into the search box - easy!
thanks..I tried to "like" you back(that sounds so weird) but my main profile page comes up instead of my page..another weird thing
hi writeangled, just check in to your page.. thanks for sharing it here..
hi stacie, i like your page a minute ago (i need 'friend/fan' btw
I haven't, but I've thought about starting one for all my internet writing stuff. Consolidate, etc.
After the Panda thing, I decided to give it a try to help supplement my lost views. I'll tell you this, for me, it's made a huge difference.
The trick is this: Instead of simply sharing the link, write a small blurb about the hub in your notes section on Facebook. I started just by sharing links and it helped for awhile, until the link disappeared below all the other stuff that's posted. By writing notes, that helps to keep it in the forefront of things.
Now that we have sub-domains, I'm getting more traffic than ever before. On many days, a good 1/3rd of that traffic comes from Facebook.
urbane c, thanks for sharing, i will visit your page now.. using 'benefits of vitamin c' as my nickname..
i think you use the personal facebook instead of facebook page (so i cannot 'like' you oklahoma traveler page)
I'll keep an eye out for ya..
I had a website that I was going to associate with a Facebook page, but I had issues with it and haven't gotten back to actually doing it. Once I finish revamping the site then I plan on creating a Facebook page for it. Now if only I could create an extra 10 hours in a day, I'd be fine.
I thought of creating a Facebook page but can hardly keep up with Twitter and Facebook seems so complicated with all the apps it has. It would be a good avenue for a writer to have though. Everybody I know has a Facebook, I just didn't want to put the time and effort into keeping track of it.
I created a dedicated page for Cagsil, completely based on America and it's political, social issues.
I just created a facebook Just for hubpages...
This is a great idea! I think I will create one this afternoon and see who I can find to Friend!
hi kmackey, 'like' me at http://www.facebook.com/pages/Benefits- … 8683979794 so we can be facebook friend.. tq
I’ve just created a Facebook page for my writing. (The link is on my profile.) I’ve been on Facebook for a while but until now I haven’t learned how to use it properly or how to use it to its full potential. I’m discovering that it’s fun.
Is this easier to find me?

Alright, I'm going to give this a go too, since I think it's a cool idea. If you want to add me, just search for "thejeffriestube Hubpages"
I'll be working on it this evening and posting my stuff.
i found you, only if you have a 'facebook page' then i can 'like' or make friend..
Thank you for “liking” my Facebook Page and my latest post, thejeffriestube - I appreciate both the likes. Unfortunately I can’t “like” you back because you don’t have a Facebook Page set up. I can only add you as a friend when I'm using my personal Facebook profile, which I’d rather not publicize.
I already created one a few weeks ago but didn't spend any time organizing it other than post the links to my hubs...
Just type in K Kiss and it should be there
Awesome, found you, just looking for some more likes or adds.
Facebook remains a mystery in terms of promotional value
I liked or friend requested all of you that posted a link or were easy to find

I recently started a facebook page that I intend on having themes. This week being Humor. I asked in the Forum Get Answers ... if it is okay for me to ask Hubbers to send me their Funny hubs. I think this is a great way to help other hubbers get some traffic to their hubs. If a lot more...

If you have noticed your traffic decreasing lately on some of your hubs, this Facebook page is copying content from several hubbers and publishing it on their FB page. The Facebook page is called OHealth atwww .facebook .com /pages ...

I just started a facebook page and my theme this week is Humor. Is it okay for me to ask Hubbers if they want to send me one (and only one per hubber) of their funniest hubs to feature on my facebook page? This may help them get traffic and it might help me to get people to like my page. If...

I have a Facebook page on which I post links to hubs and other things strictly related to my work on HP. Does anyone know if it's a TOS violation to drop a link to that page in each of my hubs?

How can one use Facebook to increase traffic to Hubs? Can I start a Facebook page specific to hubs? Promote my hubs on my personal account? Is there a hub pages Facebook page somewhere and can we promote hubs through that?

I just checked my traffic and have 1030 views from Facebook in the last 7 days. I always share my new hubs there and I think you will agree from my latest traffic figures that it has been well worthwhile doing this!
