Now that we have our own subdomains here on Hubpages, will Ebay start accepting accounts here again?
ePn requires that one uploads a verification file to the host server. You cant do that on a subdomain at hubpages or at blogger.
Get a real hosting account and build a site if you want real partnerships - then you can use that relationship at any site you like (almost)
