How's it going Hubbers? I just joined today and am looking forward to this. I thought it best to introduce myself. I'm Mike Smith. Shoot me an email and show some LOVE to my one POST as of yet! Thanks for the opportunity.
Welcome to Hubpages!
Just to let you know, there's no self promotion allowed in the forums. The easiest way to get yourself noticed it to just take part in the forums, leave comments on Hubs you read, answer questions in the questions section(even write hubs to answer questions) and start forum threads to provoke discussion.
But, opening threads to draw attention to yourself isn't allowed(even though it does happen automatically when you start threads, because people will visit your profile and possibly your hubs depending).
I'm not trying to be rude or come across in that manner, just wanted to give you a heads up. http://hubpages.com/help/forum_rules
The best piece of advice I can give you is to read the FAQ's page and visit the Learning Center. Other than that, enjoy your time here.

Yeah, long live us all, and cags too. BTW, welcome socialguy
Thank you Hollie. Interesting you mentioning me.
Because I'm a nice gal, don't like any form of exclusion.
We are clearly the four musketeers? perhaps?
Welcome to HP! Yes self-promotion is wrong but you are new and how would you have known? It is great to have another newbie in our community.
And I just added it to my 12.12.12 hub.
Yeah, it hit wall street and the city of london
Think about that just for a second Hollie. Look at the picture...notice the 'size' of the meteor that is in the picture...it would stretch from NY(Wall Street) to London, wiping out everything instantly that is in between.
Not to mention, the shock wave it would cause would within days, put Earth into a brand new Ice Age. Most likely wiping out all of existence. I don't have to worry though, I would be dead on impact considering I live between NY and London.
Well, I already noticed the size of the meteor, tiny by comparison. Twas my wishful thinking, that those that have caused so much suffering, be the ones who suffer now. I actually don't believe a meteor will hit the earth, however, metaphorically speaking, I do believe that that is possible. Maybe the little things will hit back. I don't live in London, I am much further north, so if it ever looks likely that a real meteor will hit that space, contact me, and I'll gladly let you sleep on my sofa.
Welcome to the best site around....long live everyone, everything and anything....there I think that covers it....

Even though it's not very much, the earnings is kind of my jump start for my writing day. I have not seen the earnings posted for three days now, and it's a little frustrating now.

Twice this week, I checked AdSense, and saw some nice earnings in the 30 to 50 cents range, due to ad clicks (I assume). Both times, these earnings disappeared when I checked back again a few hours later. I understand that earnings are not final until final, but the most recent case was...

What's up with the New HP profile?Whenever I hear "new and improved" (about anything) I just know it is worse and more expensive. How does it work for HP, I have no idea, but I am hoping someone can answer this question
