Yeah, I know...this is sorta lame, but I always get sentimental during the holidays. What are you thankful for? I'll start:
* I'm an American
* I'm free to practice Christianity
* I'm married to my soul mate
* my 3 wonderful daughters
* my 8 awesome grandkids
* my great friends
* my comfortable home
* my dogs
* my success with writing (a lifelong dream)
* I live in a great community
* I still have decent health and a (mostly) functioning brain
This isn't lame, I think it is the nicest thread around.
Well I am thankful for
I guess everything...lol the list is way too long
I have so much to be grateful for this year.
I am grateful for
Each breath I take
My husband who is home with me and not deployed
My two sons and their significant others
My grandbabies to come in June
My wonderful car that goes really fast
The roof over my head
The men and women who are standing the line to keep us free
The Flag that stands for that Freedom
The Land of Free and the Home of the Brave
If you know a Soldier who can't make it home for the holidays, bring them to your home.
Internet Access ( add everything related to Technology) lol
Other then that I cannot wait to end this miserable existence.
I do not mean to drag down your thread. I have answered honestly.
I enjoy this time of year Giving Thanks, possibly you will have me thinking of more before the day is through.
I am thankful for...
my wife and my son...
the little things...
to be alive to write what I am thankful for...

With today being Thanksgiving and when everyone sits down around the dinner table, what are you going to be truely thankful for today?

There are numerous things that are going on in the World and perhaps in the neighborhood that may give us cause for alarm or dismay. But regardless of these unfortunate occurrences there are still many things to give thanks. Can you pause for a moment and name a few ... even one?

Can you just name at least one thing you are thankful for today? Look forward to hearing from you.

This year has been an up and down year for me online and offline - I've struggled with gaining traffic and hopefully done well online - offline I've had many challenges including surviving Sandy. After events that transpired last week I am truly thankful that I have a health grandson who does not...
