I seem to be doing everything right. I have gone through the various hubs on 'how to improve your hub score,' yet, with every passing week, my hub score seems to be dipping. HELP! before I fall of the chart!

As long as you are above 75 you have nothing to worry...hub scores are only important till that limit... relax .. They can do nothing for your earnings or traffic... but yes a quiet a bit of an ego massage initially smile

Actually that's not correct... at least in my case. While my hubber score fell to 58 my total page views per day just quadrupled! And then my hubber score popped up above 75. Now it's hovering around 75.

OP is talking about hubber score... right? Or hub score... they are not same!

Yes, the Original Poster is talking about the Hubber score (author score), which needs to be at 75 or above for outbound links to be "do-follow." A lower score doesn't really affect traffic to hubs, but weakens the value of links from hubs to external sites.

I wrote a hub about bringing my score from 27 to 83 in a matter of days, but I've also read that as along as the score is above 75, your fine.

You are doing fine for an account that is 5 months old.

Careful of overfollowing. Sometimes if you follow too many people in a single timeframe, HP penalizes you.

The hubscore doesn't really affect anything, by the way, as far as I know (except as sofs mentions) - certainly not your earnings.

I have yet to discover its actual significance in the world of HP.

My hub score reaches 75 and then starts falling. I am confused and do not know how to take my hub score above 75.

Mala the score takes time to stabilize.. don't worry, keep writing,... it is easy to keep your score around the 90's if you follow the standards of hub writing and community participation.
