I'm new to Hubpages, as I joined about two weeks ago.I've been looking around and there are many quite prolific hubbers.I know that quality is what matters, but out of curiosity, how long do you spend writing each hub? Including any research, writing, editing.

How long did it take to get efficient at HP?I've noticed many hubbers are very efficient with their ways of doing things. I was wondering does it take awhile to get that way or some hubbers have natural abilities?

Hi. Just published my second hub several minutes ago, but don't see it in "latest". Last time, my hub showed up instantly. Can someone explain how it works? Thanks!
