When trying to publish my hub, I got this message: "It appears this Hub might be about reverse lookup, a topic which has become saturated with low-quality Hubs published by affiliate marketers. Because of this, Hubs written on this topic must be of exceptional quality and can not contain affiliate links, or links that point to sales or lead forms. Hubs that don't comply with our rules can be unpublished. However, high-quality, informative Hubs without affiliate, sales or lead form links on this topic are welcome!"
My hub does contain several links, but all links are of high quality:
http://www.wikihow.com/
http://www.ehow.com/
http://en.wikipedia.org/
http://www.ip-address.org/
All resources are pretty solid, at least they look so for me.
And of course all my content is of high quality.
Whom can I ask to review my hub and to help me publish it? I mean I would appreciate if you can tell me how to contact moderators so they can manually review my lens.
Hope you can help me!
You'd do best to have the moderators look at the entire Hub. Asking community members to take a blind guess based on some links in the Hub won't be nearly as productive or direct.

And while you wait for admin to review your Hub, you might want to read this over as it will give you a lot of info about content rules,

Thanks a lot for your suggestion. I've just contacted the team.
And never, ever use the word "lens" when contacting HP.
Just kidding.
Actually, all kidding aside, it makes Jason the marketing guy really cranky when that happens.
You can find me here putting my foot in it.
The same happen to me with web hosting articles. Is there a list of such topics which HubPages do not like?
