The return to Google's good graces has been a rough road. Just the last few days I have noted a huge increase in my traffic from outside of the United States.
Have you seen this rise too?
Does all traffic count for HubPages revenue? I presumed so but haven't had the time to read the rules - if you have the knowledge - please share with us.

I'm up around the world, but mainly within the US, but this is most likely due to a hub going viral recently. When my traffic settles back down, I'll let you know if International traffic is going up or down.
My traffic has seen improvements in past few days after a very low lustre period.
