I have some long hubs, and I want to give readers the option to go straight to a specific section of my hub (through a link at the beginning ot the hub), instead of them having to scroll down through things that might not interest them (and lead them to leave the hub before reaching what they wanted to read), but Hubpages doesn't allow Named Anchors (name of section), which is a very EASY and simple solution to that problem (here's more info: http://www.boutell.com/newfaq/creating/ … chors.html)
I think this feature is VERY important especially for very long hubs with several sections, can this be added? (as of now the HTML editor simply strips the code out if I try to implement it). Thanks.

I give! I've searched the first 3 or 4 pages of "Getting Help" Forum and I've read the entire Link's Capsule section in the Learning Center (http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/using-hubtool). That Hub, by the way, has a large number of Quick Links in it. How do you create a list of topics...
