What is your favourite inspirational quote?

"Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective." (James 5:16)

and "Seest thou a man diligent in his business? he shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mean men."(Pro 22:29)

Those two inspire me to live right and to work diligently.

That sounds almost like a mandate or challenge to me--he doesn't give any hint how to get a "cheerful heart". I wish it were true, also, however. Does anybody know how to get a "cheerful heart" all the time with "no sorrow"?

I have never thought about this but it reminds me the profound truth of Buddha, the first one says that life is suffering. This reduces the pain of life once you realize that suffering in life is a truth.
