What kills the most in this world is to be those people having a lot of egoism. One feels suffocated and deactivated, the problem with such people is that they are self -centered so much that they are habituated to taunts and commenting. As a matter of fact I have started a remedy to best teach such person a "know your self" First is to ignore if practicable and second is to attack them by your best logical things .
It reminds me of of the famous quote 'To walk around with an ego is a bad thing. To have confidence in yourself is a great thing'
Arun, you hit the nail on the head with that quote.. Good going, partner. Btw, do U like D Bowie? Name a band or music that you like, if that's polite to ask my friend.
arun sir, i liked what u have replied, but no man on this earth is without ego , so do u mean ego and confidence can't go parellely
Arun, will hopefully answer you, ma'am. But in the meantime do you feel that men are alone in feeling ego, and self-centered? Your from a great country that is fast rising to where ought to be. The U.S. is a great country , too. India, or other countries nearby, are up and coming, and rightfully so. Many of us in America welcome you, and know there is much we can teach each other. We are all Brothers and Sisters on this globe and should thankful for that. I truly feel sorry for places like Iran and C China.
alastar sir, i guess you got me wrong ,,, i meant why all humans have ego,,, yes sir we live in a globalized world.. and as a matter of fact every nation should feel this togetherness for better growth of humanity ... thanks for your lovely reply
Sri forgive me. It's just that sometimes we go through things that are tough, my bad Sri. Your lovely, not me; as anyone can see who cares to look, inside and out. And, I say that like an uncle or older bro, Sri. Shoot, maybe a wanna-be father-type.
well alastar sir, i would love to have some advices from you , please response how you adjust at workplace with people having lot of creepy act and who are busy in making fake buzz,
Sri, there is only one I can say to you about that, and that is go with the flow. You are young, and life has much to teach you. There is a feeling here, though, that you have the potential to break out of what most of us have to go through. In other words, you can find your destiny at an early age. Be confident, but keep your ego, your sense of separateness, on a level playing-field. We are all One. And this life we must go through, can be wonderful if only we allow it to be. Yes, I know this sounds like preaching, but, it comes from whatever is half-decent in me, and I really wish you best, Sri.
o great sir... bravo... i needed this ..... i m glad somebody created this social media stuff .... otherwise we wudn't have interacted.. best wishes to you as well... see you around sir...
Hey, how would you like if I called you o great pretty? If you want to really be friends forget that stuff, Sri.
There is a interesting sating when it comes to ego "Even if you win in ego, it is a loss. Even if you lose in love, it's a victory."
Ego: Sense of self.
Arrogance: Exaggerated sense of one's own greatness to the exclusion of everyone else.
Confidence: Knowing one's true value as far as skills and abilities. Confident people can be either humble or arrogant depending on their awareness, as ignorance fosters arrogance.
I would agree that ignoring an arrogant person is a good tactic. So is being logical. I would add this advice: Show them their boundaries: For instance, they should not be allowed to lord over you. Maintain a position of command over yourself. Even if it means quitting your work! (If an arrogant person is your boss, heaven help you.)
