always looking for friends, relatives, others, and the government to rescue them from their dire socioeconomic predicament (EXCLUDING temporary hard socioeconomic times ,those who are really physically, mentally, and otherwise disabled, and the elderly)? What is ADDRESSED here are those who were too lazy and did not desire to plan, organize, educate, and strategize their futures which lead to their current situation?
