What is the best way to be happy?
What is your way to keep happy?
Being happy is an art. My grandfather said in order to be happy you have to Do only good, Think only pure thoughts, Do unto others as you want the angels do to you, Have no regrets about what you should not have done, Enjoy the beauty nature shows you everyday "Stop and smell the Roses", Keep your eyes fixed on the future because you cannot change the past, Live in harmony with those around you or move, and Never listen to the NEWS! If you do all this and remember to laugh with others everyday, you can't help but be happy.
So true about what you say and especially the news! So depressing..only talks about crime of some sort.
Seek peace instead of happiness. Seek tranquility instead of joy.
There lots of ways but I think we should start by deciding to be happy as explained in this site http://dailyhappinesstips.blogspot.com/ … to-be.html
