Can someone be healed from a disease with just the power of the Holy Ghost?
The world is full of many great and miraculous things. I believe that this is possible, although I do not know if it is necessarily true.
We can't put restrictions on what God can do. So yes, it is possible, but whether that is in God's plan for the ill person remains to be seen.
