None. Once found, it is no longer a lost civilization.
It depends what you mean by "lost.". There are probably some uncontacted tribes in remote parts of places like Brazil and Papua New Guinea. Then there are civilizations like Clovis and pre-Clovis amerind cultures that we only know from a handful of artifacts. And then there are cities like Pompeii that were destroyed by natural disaster.
What is meant by civilization? Lost cultures are quite common. Civilizations in general are quite few in number. One of the characteristics of a civilization is the utilization of a system of written records. Therefore, lost civilizations would be quite rare.
