How can a parents stop retaliatory actions by public school officials?
Retaliation by Public Schools is obliviously against the civil law however they still use it as a tool what can a parent do about it when it happens to them?
That is why we have lawyers and also there is always someone a little bit higher up, all the way to the governor's office, if necessary, to call and make a complaint. There is "Four in Your Corner" on Channel 4 news or other news channels, to seek help from. There is writing complaints in the form of letters addressed to the governor's office, superintendent of schools and principal's offices that are to be stamped return receipt requested and must be signed for, to receive. There are public voices that may be heard at PTO meetings and newspaper articles and requests to investigate. If you run out of options try the president of the United States dept, of Education. Whatever state you may be in, has plenty of available helps to parents of children who are in school and have needs.
