   What do you think of the mother who punished her 8 year old son for voting for Trump in mock school
   
   election by ejecting him out of her home? This mother indicated that she wasn't having it & her home wasn't a Trump home.

   She's a "bitch" who does not deserve the title of "mother."  Child protective services will get involved, but where does the innocent little boy go from there?
   Does he stay with the mother who promises to do better? She will not, of course. Meanwhile, where is dad? Is he MIA?
   Great. So this poor kid gets to grow up resenting life, and unless a decent and good person steps in to raise him, he is screwed. He goes on to become an angry man who abuses his future children.
   Women like that make me sick to my stomach. What kind of monster rejects her own little boy (or girl). She should be locked up someplace where the convicts give her a taste of her own medicine. Most animals treat their children better than that.

      Totally agree w/ your assessment.  There is another word which begins w/a "c".  Hopefully, CPS will get involved.  This hyperbole re: Trump HAS GONE TOO FAR!  Liberals have gone totally berserk!

   That's awful.  I've always believed that no matter your ideals or your religious beliefs or views on life, your child comes first.  I don't care if my daughter becomes a conservative or a Christian or anything else she wants to be as long as she is respectful and happy.  I don't need her to agree with me and think the same as I do in every (or any) aspect of her life in order to show her love and support.  She is and always will be my main priority and the thing that I care most about, and I cannot fathom any parent feeling differently.

   Both my husband and I voted for Trump.  Our daughter voting for the first time voted for Hillary.  We did not try to force her to vote our way.  Her vote did count since HRC won in NYS.  As for this mother, she does not deserve children and hopefully CPS IS involved

   It was horrific child abuse. This tapped into a child's fears of abandonment for the mother's irrational over-response.
   If she doesn't like Trump, she can sit down and list why she hates Trump, why her son shouldn't have supported him - in short, educated him, not emotionally abused him.

   Well, now the child has learned never, ever to express his views if they are different from mommy's.  Also, he probably won't ever trust her, and will always have a feeling that her love is conditional.  I would be scarred for life.  The worst part is that she video taped this and posted it for the world to see.  She was probably thinking she'd receive a different reaction, or was attention seeking.  After all, why publicize it?  Not that that makes it any worse.
