I can't wait for Inglourious Basterds (and a few more that I talk about here: http://hubpages.com/hub/My-Most-Anticip … ms-of-2009)
What are you excited to see in 2009?!
I really want to see that film! I've been keeping an eye on it for ages!
Transformers 2, mainly because the advert form the Superbowl kicked ass!
I know it's already out, but I still haven;t seen Gran Torino, and I keep hearing good things about it.
Oh, and for sh*t's and giggles, I want to see how bad "Fast and Furious" is, they have steadily gotten worse, so number 4 should be really bad!
X-Men Origins(finaly we get to meet Gambit) Public Enemies with Johnny Depp, Star Trek my husband and I are really looking forward to that (we're nerds) and probaly any animated ones we do have two kids.
I just saw Transformers 2 and it was beyond awesome. Star Trek was great too. I definitely wanna see Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince in July, G.I. Joe in August, and New Moon in November. This is such a great year for movies.
Gran torino is a must see!
Im looking forward to boondock saints 2 and xmen origins wolverine
i havent seen previews yet but the movie verson of coelho's The Alchemist is exciting as is the big budget version of Akira
Oh god yeah! I didn;t know that was out this year. The original is one of my favourite films! So funny!
it was actually the topic of my very first hub 4 months ago..Editing and Post Production began in January..it is not in fact guaranteed to be released this year, but it is the stated goal of the director
Then on my lunch break, I shall check out your hub! It's such an amazing film. If I can get a picture for you, a mate of mine has the f**k quote bit tattoo's on his right arm, and the prayer tattooed on his other.
I hope it's out this year, but I can wait.
dont bother its utter shiite, LOL, I thought i would jump on some early knowledge of the filming...wasnt planning on actually writing HUbs at the time....got sucked in, gets good traffic, so wont delete it but its really not worth reading
the Director Troy Duffy has a video blog hes been updating throughout the filming and the fan site has a huge collection of fan tattoos

I REALLY want to see this movie, but haven't found a time when we're both available and Grandma can keep the kids. I wonder if it's still in theatres?
Transformers 2 definitely.
Waiting for Watchmen to release here.
Also Inglourious Basterds and District 9.
Another film that looks good this year!
Simon Pegg playing Scotty, that should be hilarious!!
Oh, and I don;t think it's out this year, but Steven Spielberg is doing the movie of TIN TIN, and as a massive fan from my youth, I'm really looking forward to it!
7th May 2010 http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1228705/

The final trailer for Terminator 4: Salvation - looks epic!
The New Star Trek because anything written by the brilliant, JJ Abrams (hint: Lost, Fringe, Alias with Jennifer Garner and Mission Impossible 3) has gotta be good!
The new Harry Potter.
Funny People. (Adam Sandler AND Seth Rogen)
New Moon. (No I didn't read the books, and I don't care! Didn't love the first movie, lets see about the second)
Up (the new pixar movie, and it'll be in 3D)
Public Enemies (Johnny, Christian, and Channing Tatum)
Sherlock Holmes (Oh Robert Downey Jr. )
I just finished seeing fast and the furious, next I want to see The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3, with Denzel Washington, John Travolta, James Gandolfini, that looks like a real heart stopping action flick.
I'm with you spiderpam, I'm going to see Wolverine tomorrow!! I can't wait. Also looking forward to Transformers 2 and Year One with Jack Black anf Michael Cera
I have seen some good ones so far.
Knowing is worth seeing.
State of Play is an excellent political thriller.
Woverine matched its hype.
I wrote a hub review of Star Trek; it was a Trekkie's dream come true.
I want to see the new John Dillinger movie with Johnny Depp as John Dillinger and Christian Bale and Melvin Purvis.
Personally I don't care about any movie other than Mr. Frost...
"I'm the GA-GA Man...BOO!"
Bangkok 8 - The book was better than any travel guide, and the new Tarantino movie But I'm not sure what it's called.
Yesterday (Monday) I met up with a friend and we saw three movies, one after the other, at the cinema:
Wolverine
Angels & Demons
Star Trek
Can't wait for Tarantino to prove he's still got it with INGLORIOUS BASTARDS. Looking forward to see Public Enemy too.

The one about the Julia Child and the lady that decided to cook all of the recipes in her "Joy of Cooking" cookbook and blog about it. Bon appetit!

What was the best summer movie for 2009?This was a record breaking box-office summer. The question remains, which of the big summer blockbusters was more worth-while watching. Star Trek? Terminator? District 9? The Hangover? What do you choose?

Okay, here's a forum where I want everyone to be brutally honest about how they feel about Michael Bay. Is he a misunderstood genius because all his films do make money, yet critics always seem harsh on his films. OR, is he really just an over rated hack, who represents everything wrong...
