Would you rather be attacked by by a Grizzly Bear or a Great White?
Wow that is a hard question but I guess I would prefer the grizzly bear because I have more of a chance of running away from something on land than in the water. The water can tire a person out more plus the not being able to breath situation. I would probably die getting attacked by either of the two but I guess I would rather die on dry land. Lol.
I'm going to say a grizzly bear also. I would rather run that try to swim away from an attacker.
I am also going with the grizzly bear! From a psychological point of view, sharks scare me more than bears. I'm putting this fear down to the way sharks are depicted in media reports, films, etc.
That's like asking, would you rather be ruled by a Democrat or a Republican administration? Or Tory or Labor?
But, I guess my vote is for the Grizzly. You probably get a bit more warning, and you both are equally at home on land. You stand some (but slim) chance of escape.
With a shark, you probably have no warning, and they are masters of the water, while you are a floundering potential snack with no chance of escape.
that is like asking what do you want to die from "a bullet in the heart, or a bullet in the head?
what in the name of everything that is holy, is the difference? If I am meant to die anyway, who cares.?

Is there a difference between a Kodiak Bear and a Grizzly BearI once saw a picture in a magazine - I think it was National Geographic - many years ago when it mentioned about the size of the Kodiak Bear. Are Grizzlies and Kodiaks one and the same species?
