Hakuna Matata is Swahili for "There are no worries."  We typically would say "no worries" or "no problem."

As the Lion King song says, "It means no worries for the rest of your days..."

I have a friend that speaks fluent Swahili and this is confirmed, it means no worries

Now I have the Lion King stuck on my mind!

Swahili (or Kiswahili): Here there are no concerns; No worries; Don't Worry; Chill (loosely). Hakuna Matata term is mostly used in Kenya

    In more detail:
    Kuna: there is (Swahili)
    Hakuna: there is not (Swahili)
    Matata: Problem (Plural)(Swahili)
Literally means 'There are no problems'
