How do you make a viewer's complaint to Showtime?
My husband and I are HUGE fans of "The Borgias" series. When we found out Showtime decided to cancel it without airing the expected fourth season we were, to say the least, bummed. Does anyone know the best/proper way to complain to the network and let them know of our disappointment? I don't expect one couple's complaint to make a difference, but I still want them to know how we feel.
If we (NZ) are concerned or disappointed about a program or commercial we contact, Advertising Standards Authority, about a breach of privacy, legal issues or offensive content. Then we submit our complaint and its processed; its probably determined by authorities rules etc.
But in your case it could be to do with ratings. Most programs are pulled for that reason. Perhaps you can locate the series on video. Good luck with this.
Look up the channel letters on your browser, get the channel's email address and send them a considerate - not nasty or rude - letter.
