First off im not trying to break the rules and advertise my hub. I wont give any links. Im just trying to get requests on advice so I can answer them. Please post questions you need advice with here so I can answer them on my page. Hubpages staff*** Im sorry if this is against the policy. Please dont delete my hubpages account. I will stop with this if you want. Just contact me.
If you need advice post it here so I can answer it.
No offense, but I looked at your profile page, and you say you are 17 years old, and speak the Word of God.
Quite apart from breaking the age limit in the hubpages and adsense TOS, just exactly what are you qualified to give advice on?
First off there is no age limit on hubpages. And 2nd I along with everyone on earth can help others in this world. We all have something to share and support eachother on. So if you dont want advice then I ask you to just please leave this alone for those who would gladly accept it.
Thanks for the info. I will not however quit hubpages. Im almost 18 and my parents know i have an account so therefore i am legally able to use this site. Unless a hubpages team member tells me to quit or terminates my account I will not. If that is the only rule im breaking to try and help those around me in their lives I will continue to do so. Please if you dont have a need for advice then dont post here. Thanks.
Well, I will post where I please.
Still - even though you are technically breaking the hubpages TOS by using the site when you are under 18, I would still like to know just exactly what you are qualified to give advice on.
Which I don't think is an unreasonable question.
Ni I dont think that is unreasonable. I am qualified to give advice where ever needed. I have gone through a lot in my life after being abused physically, sexually, mentally, and verbally when I was a kid, and I've been through many battles due to foster care. I am only 17 but I have gone through enough to help others who are now or have gone through similar things. However, I stand for what I said earlier everyone has ground to give advice to another because we all have been through something in that another might go through. I guess I dont care if you post here, its just I hoped to get requests for advice rather than questions on why i cant or can give advice. I just hope to help those that I can. Even if its only one, it makes a difference. "Ripplemaker" knows that and Im sure she agrees. I didnt mean to affend anyone. Just trying to help out people I can.
Look - I don't want to give you a hard time, because your heart is obviously in the right place, but you still did not answer my question
Coming on the the forums and asking people to ask for your advice speaks more to your need than anything else. I don't see ripplemaker coming on and asking this.
This may come as a surprise but I was 17 once, and I am familiar with the overwhelming desire to make people feel better after being made to feel crappy myself. Oddly enough, this is closely tied to being sexually, physically and mentally abused. The need to feel wanted.
Just be sure you are doing more good than harm when you start giving advice on subjects you are not qualified to give advice on.
Thanks. I wouldnt give advice on something im not qualified too. I would advise them to get some professional help. Thanks though. Oh and merry christmas.
Espian, I think you will have more success if you keep an eye on the "Requests" section of HubPages. That's where people go when they want to get advice on something - not the forums.
Yahoo Answers is also a good place to be if you want to give advice, as Mark suggested. Just search for the topics you know about, and you'll find lots of people with questions waiting to be answered.

A Bit over the generated requests from hubpages re the not meeting standards - I had three /four videos on this hub and was told that some or one (who knows which ones) had poor pixels or some such - so to fix it i took off all videos - so no videos. Re-submitted and now find that my hub is still...

I know that hubpages really pushes for new hubs to be created, and rightfully so. However, I'm thinking it would be nice to be able to "answer a hub request" with an existing hub.So if someone does a hub request for something I've written on (revver videos, for example), I can simply...

I received an email from HubPages about a recently published Hub, suggesting some changes that might mean it could be moved to Healdove. One of the suggestions was as follows:"Can you add some sources to support your information? You can create a "sources" section at the end of your...

Wow! Something amazing has happened over night! Nearly all my hubs have red up arrows next to them. Ones that were getting 200 views a day have gone up to 700 views. My normal range of page views in a day for all my hubs is around 800, now the figure is 2,400! I'm very happy about this but is it a...
