Did you provide a car for your teenager?
Is it customary to give your teenager a car when they turn 16? What about insurance and gas? HELP!
My teens are turning 15 and just turned 13. I will not be buying them a car or paying for them to learn to drive. This is a responsibility they will have to earn and take on themselves. In my opinion the roads would be safer for young people if they waited until they were older to have vehicles. I am shocked at the indulgence and foolishness of parents who buy fast cars for their teens. Too many RIP signs for my liking. I was 25 before I learned to drive.
