What do you think are the punishments for children who are bullies?
Bullying is not a good behavior and a good behavior starts at home. Parents has the responsibility to make sure that children respect other people.
What do you think are the appropriate punishments for children who bully their classmates, teachers or elderly.
I don't think in today's world that punishment is the right word. I totally agree with your concept of respect. In fact it shouldn't be a concept, it should be an expected normality.
I think the old version of crime and punishment has proved not to work. I think, while punishment has its place, today it is more about attitude change.

What should be the penalty for school bullies?School bullies should be expelled from schools and placed in juvenile detention or prison. They deserve no clemency nor reeducation whatsoever. If a "child" is old enough to bully another, he/she should be criminalized.
