    What would you say?

In the matter of child support & visitation. What would you say to the child who has turned 18 & discovered documented proof that their mother has been lying about $900 a month worth of child support for the last 3 years? As in, the father paid it, but mom denied it & the kid never saw a penny of it. Also, mother has claimed that the father didn't want to visit, but the truth is that the father was denied visits.  What would you say to the mother? What would you say to the kid? Please, no foul language.

There is nothing to say to the mother. She knows what she did was wrong on so many levels. Her goal was to turn the child against their father.
I would say the following to the child in the words of former president Reagan whenever someone tells you something: "Trust but verify".
Parents are just people too. They've been known to lie and manipulate others to get their way.
At least the child (hopefully) knows that their father (is) their "real" father. You know what the say; "Momma's baby, Papa's maybe".
