   Celebrate! Travel! Do all those things you wanted to do that required a sitter. Treat it like another "honeymoon".
   The reality is eventually every parent is going to have an "empty nest". Being childless shouldn't be miserable if you love other aspects of being alive. For some couples it's the perfect time to renew romance in their relationship.
   They welcome their alone time!
   Sadly for other couples they discover their relationship is dead once the children leave. We're either "growing together" or "growing apart". Having children around (distracts us) from issues. It's not unheard of for some couples to file for divorce.
   It's easier to maintain a fire than it is to reignite a spark!
   Now is the time to make the most of "breaks" without children before they permanently move out for good one day.

   I clean, paint and look after my garden. Plus right now we are repairing and Renovating our farmhouse. Along with building a new horse pen and clearing more land.

      That's a great idea. Keep busy with real productive tasks.  That way I feel like I am doing something worth doing, accomplishment.

      I also play music that inspires me while there is no one there to tell me what they want to hear. No ear plugs, yeah.
