Appetizer Recipe: Mozarella Cheese

Among the many simple appetizer recipes is marinated mozzarella cheese. Marinated mozzarella cheese makes great snacks, appetizers and a light lunch. This cheese is low in fat and high in calcium and boasts of many important vitamins and minerals. The cheese can be kept in the refrigerator for at least a week, and soaks in the great marinade which makes it tastier everyday.

This is one of my favorite appetizers to serve. I generally have a batch in the fridge for guests or we eat this appetizer ourselves. Try them on your next group of guests and see how they love these little cheese bits.

Mozzarella and tomato is such a basic appetiser, and yet it is my favourite. Of course the secret is not in the mozzarella and tomato - it is in the added ingredients - the oil, the vinegar and the seasoning, and the preparation of the marinade. So thanks for the tips on this. Voted up. Alun.
