This is something I do for me and my wife, It's quick yet simple to make plus it's tasty as ever. You could have a slice of last night's pizza (it's preferable to filling up on sugar or skipping breakfast). Or you could try a more sophisticated spin: Take a slice of crusty bread, spread it with 3 tablespoons of low-fat ricotta, and add tomatoes. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil (about 1 teaspoon) and a little salt and pepper. Broiling is optional if you want it melted .....enjoy,

I am officially in love with pizza and try to justify eating it way too often. Recently, I've been trying to minimize (err..eliminate) gluten from my diet. So I've been making gf pizzas. I especially love pizza with eggs on top for breakfast. Yum.

Ham shanks can be intimidating, but once you get the hang of them, they're a tastier more affordable alternative to bacon and lunch meat. Stuff your shank with herbs and drop it in a pressure cooker for a great meal ready in minutes.  Add a bag of black beans for a second set of meals just as quick and healthy as the first. read more

Fish in the oven at 425 degrees with lemon juice, garlic, and herbs for 25 minutes. Simple, quick, and tasty.

I love doing this. Fish is so easy to cook this way. I really enjoy wrapping fish and some veggies in tin foil and baking. Oooh! Especially whole cherry tomatoes and lemon! They get so sweet and juicy!
