Uncooked cereal and milk with chopped fresh fruit, in my mind, is the easiest breakfast.
Jimmy Dean Sausage, egg, and cheese biscut. Great. 30 sec in the microwave. Sticks with ya!
There is this glop called Boost. It is a nutrition supplement.
Shake it. Open it. Drink it. You're done.
It ain't half bad.
Nutrition-wise, it is ok as well. In fact, there are people who live off the stuff exclusively; because they are medically unable to eat anything else for whatever reason.
Nestlé, you owe me big time. This concludes my good deed for the day.
My all time favorite is a whole wheat cereal, yogurt, fruit parfait
Nesvita cereal milk drink and whole wheat bread with peanut butter spread. ^___^
Nesvita is packed with lots of energy and protein!
With two sandwiches plus nesvita, you can go with your errands active and alert the whole time. Plus, you won't be sluggish as this easy and quick breakfast is super duper healthy.
plus coffee, let others brew it 4 u!
Come to think of it, I usually just do the coffee and skip the breakfast altogether. Bad paradigmsearch!
I wonderful looking egg sunny side up plopped down on a crunchy piece of toast and a cup of coffee.
Muesli & Yoghurt...done!!!!!
Oh yes dont ever forget coffee......ever
Egg beaters - microwave the eggs for one minute, stir, and microwave for 45 seconds. I love breakfast - it's my favorite meal next to lunch and dinner
Have hard boiled eggs ready to go in the fridge. make up a batch for the week and peel them... Grab stuff and go. They make a great after workout snack as well.
I like to be quick, easy, AND healthy. It's hard to top a good, high-quality cereal and skim milk. Add some fruit, and you should be golden!
Other great alternatives: whole grain oatmeal with skim meal and some fruit, or whole grain blueberry pancakes with no added sugar.
A personal trainer told me that in order to maintain a healthy metabolism, you need to eat 30 grams of protein within 30 minutes of waking up. Problem is, I never know what 30 grams is. So, an egg on a plate and a small bowl of yogurt sprinkled with granola and blueberries is always a quick choice for me.
Corn Flakes/ Wheat Bran Flakes/ Muesli with hot milk and some French toasts.
Yogurt with fruit or granola; or a piece of fruit Grab and Go!
In my opinion, everyone should start the day out with breakfast, and not to be bored, change the menu up. So,if you don't have time in the morning plan ahead: Granola breakfast bars, Mini veggie quiche that you throw in the microwave to warm up; fresh fruit; hard boiled egg and half a bagel, etc etc
Just "quick and easy" not healthy, tasty, or your personal favorite?
Well... lets see...
Toast with butter, peanut butter, jelly, or cinnamon & sugar
Cold cereal with milk
A piece of fruit and a glass of milk
A muffin (already made) and a glass of juice
cold (left-over) pizza
Yogurt
Poptarts
just as a short list
easiest & quick - banana and 100% juice (or 100% fruit spread) and toast.

What's the strangest thing you have had for Breakfast, instead of usual Cereal or Toast?Just last weekend, I had a big slice of birthday cake with coffee, for breakfast - given to me at a birthday party the previous day. Once, I even had a slice of Pizza.....
