With all due respect: Losing water weight is temporary peeples. It is also dangerous if your body is not getting enough vitamins and minerals. The water will flush them all out.

The water flushes toxins from the body. Also it's not water weight lost but the body burns calories heating the water up inside of us. Like any other thing it must be done while still eating healthy.
Absolutely agree peeples. But, This must be in moderation like everything else. I know someone who only drank water and worked out and ended up in the hospital. "Eating Healthy" and exercising is the key.
