Why is the Red Velvet cake batter the standard in cupcake making?
As cupcakes seem to be more popular these days, I always see that baker's make the red velvet with great pride. What makes this the recipe to end all cupcake recipes?
I'm not sure but it may be because of the dramatic color and the rich chocolate taste.
