can i use cake flour to make pancakes
i only have a little bit of all purpose flour and i also have cake flour to make pancakes from scratch
Not exactly sure what you mean by cake flour, but Pancakes are classed as a batter mix and you can use either Plain or Self raising flour in their creation.
For 1 standard egg you will need 100g of flour, a large pinch of salt, 1/2 pint of milk 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
Pancake is made from general purpose flour which is made from wheat. But I think you can try any other similar type of flour also; what is required is a fine batter of flour, milk and egg.
Not really sure, but as I always say try it and see what happens. I stumble on many good tasting things this way.
