I'm not a Breakfast person but since I started on Herbalife I drink their Herbal Tea Concentrate (1/2 tsp) in 8 oz water upon waking. This is like taking that 5 hour energy drink. I then follow with a Formula 1 Shake in soy milk, a multivitamin and cell activator. Great energy to start the day!
For me, it varies quite a bit, some mornings I like poached eggs on toast, other times peanut buttered toast with sliced bananas works great. Other times I like a cup of yogurt. But one thing I always need first thing in the morning is strong coffee, fresh brewed.
I have read that oats are a great way to start the day & we try to have them now however we Love bacon & eggs on the fire yum !!We try eat healthy most the time especialy while we are traveling !A good coffee goes down well !
Tea is must. And for breakfast i like having "Methi thepla" - its a flatbread made from millet flour and fenugreek. Otherwise I have a fruit platter and basic omelette with brown bread. I love pancakes.
