i eat boring stuff, it just depends on my mood or how much time i have:
poached egg
toast
orange juice
or
scrambled eggs
sliced tomatoes
perrier
or
bowl of raisin bran (Kellogg's)
or
toasted English muffin
tea
sometimes i go out for beakfast and then i get things i never eat like pancakes and hash browns.
but i always make sure i eat a good breakfast.
One of two, depending on my mood:
1. Homemade Egg McMuffin; egg, cheese, and toast.
2. Granola and yogurt parfait.
Depends. Sometimes when I've been up all night, I fix grits and eggs when my brother gets up for work. When I sleep late I usually have leftovers from dinner.
Poached egg, toast, peach cup and huge mug of coffee varies though.
fried rice, a large tumbler of iced tea, fluffy scrambled eggs... and a steak when possible. :-)
a mug of green tea and almonds....
then wait for lunch!
(not good at all...!)
I like to have a big breakfast and a small dinner. I had cereal with a banana and then egg whites on an English muffin.
Milk, cerial and chopped up fruit (although when I'm travelling, and someone else is paying, I sometimes go for a full English breakfast and then go on a guilt trip afterwards!)
Sometimes a breakfast taco but, we usually have breakfast food for dinner.
Yes I'll go with that except in the UK we call it porridge (I learnt that the hard way, working as a short order chef in the USA!)
Monday through Friday without fail: a toasted sesame seed bagel with cream cheese and a diet coke.
Weekends, my partner often makes me scrambled eggs, toast, and fruit.
I am flattered to get a reply from you being a Hubpages staff. Thank you Maddie.
hmm, nice to see you, maddie.
it varies, cheerios or some kind of decent cereal, sliced fruit,
oj, coffee, bagel or toast, sometimes waffles, eggs. when it gets cold here , oatmeal or hot cereal
yep, sometimes leftover pizza...
Toast with butter and Marmite, a boiled egg and coffee. If we had chilli con carne the previous night and there's any left over, I'll have that instead (it really sets me up for the day, does chilli. Must be something to do with the different types of protein).
Meat or eggs, bread of some sort, and coffee. I also enjoy left over spaghetti when we have it.
Breakfast#1: Fruit
...then shower
Breakfast#2: Toast
..then get ready
Breakfast#3: More fruit or toaster strudel
Leave the house with apple in hand...
Yeah I eat breakfast three and a half times, I have the metabolism of a hummingbird, its ridiculous!
I have three favorite breakfasts:
2 eggs, whole wheat toast, glass of milk
2 pieces whole wheat toast with peanut butter, glass of milk
Bowl of oatmeal, with nuts, raisins, and honey or brown sugar
ALWAYS with 3 cups of coffee!
Always coffee, 2 mugs makes me human! Small bowl of museli.
This morning was eggy egbert day! 2 boiled eggs and 2 slices of homebaked gluten free toast - the best!
Today it was eggs on top of a can of flavored tuna, with Lebanese bread!
I only ever eat breakfast when I am on vacation. Shoot me!!
Bread and omlette; or crispy pancake with delicious side dish:)
a bannana, an orange or whatever fruit is also on hand, a soda and my morning pills ( those I don't "eat" but swallow with my breakfast
I don't usually eat breakfast, but if I have an exam I'll get a cheese and bacon pie, a mars bar and a bottle of v on my way to school. So healthy...
I had an English muffin with swiss cheese, bacon, and a little bit of mayo today. I usually have oatmeal for breakfast.
Where I live , we have a place called Tudor's biscuit World, and they make huge, cheesy biscuits with any meat you want. I usually get the potato melt, that has cheese and a hash brown on a buttery, cheesy biscuit.
Whatever is in the fridge. I had Chicken Foot Soup today for breakfast.
Today I'm having left over curried Tripe, over a bed of White Rice. I don't think there is anything as breakfast food, lunch or dinner for that matter!!!
I used to live for french toast and sausage from Burger King when my waistline was a bit smaller....
Now? I just grab a piece of fruit or eat a Zone Perfect bar on the run while I guzzle cappucino from the gas station!
A black coffee, that's all. Sometimes, very rarely, I have a croissant but most of the time it is just the coffee.
I cannot face food in the morning...
Grilled cheese sandwich most often, other times anything from eggs and sausage to leftover pizza.
A BAGEL with cream cheese or eggs would be my favorite but alas, I don't eat them much these days.
I usually have eggs and a piece of toast or oatmeal and cut up strawberries. Oooor, some cereal with almond milk.
sunflower seeds and some honey roasted peanuts. about a handful of each.
I eat whatever I can find. Most of the time I don't bother heating it up.
I had chocolate chip cookie dough yesterday.
I had cold kung pow beef today
