I love food but know what is good for me and what is not so my eating habits are sound, fresh, organic, when possible, food, vegetables, whole grains, meat, beans, form the foundation of what i consume.
Whatever is available to me at the time. I always try to chew with my mouth closed so that people can't see in there lol.
Its very spuratic. Some days I may skip breakfast and lunch and other days I may eat 5 meals. I know its bad for my health, but it comes with the lifestyle.
I try to make healthy choices of foods to eat. I am a lifetime member of Weightwatchers and try to limit the portions of my meals. I splurge sometimes and have a treat...last night I had a Magnum ice cream bar...absolutely, a taste from heaven. Most of the time I eat vegetables, whole grain breads, low calory dressings...I have maintained my weight for three years now while not feeling deprived of my favorite foods.
