Help with customer service
Suppose you are a restaurant manager hiring for server positions. What qualities would you look for in potential employees. Why might these qualities be beneficial for a server to have?
I would look for someone who is warm, friendly and with the right attitude. Apart from the food, the service that a customer receives can be the difference if a customer will return or not.
