If you mean 'overeasy': Fry it on one side until it is done on that side, but not too brown. Flip it over for a few seconds until the white is done. Carefully remove it with a plastic spatula. I would recommend a non-stick skilled and/or a sufficient amount of oil or butter.
Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with a fresh parsley 'bloom'. Serve with buttered toast, a few strips of bacon or ham and, if desired, a bit of shredded cheese.
If you want a bit of a kick to it, add a small dish of medium to spicy salsa.
