Good Morning, How do you like your EGGS?

    I prefer scrambled with cheese and milk mixed in, then syrup on top!

    I like them just about anyway - boiled, scrambled, fried, poached (yummmm), omelette's etc.  Like bananas, they versatile and are the perfect food!

      Omelet, simmered in butter, with spinach, mushrooms, grated extra sharp cheddar cheese...YUMMMMERS...
      Sides of potatoes O'Brien, sourdough toast, and thick slices of Canadian bacon...followed up with fragrant Sumatran coffee and fresh strawberries...

      I love them with a little bit of cream cheese and a lot of basil= cream basil eggs.  Yum.

      Anyway is fine with me--except please, NO 'green eggs and ham'.
      I do prefer a nice scrambled egg with diced ham, tomatoes and avacado.  smile
